  • What is the difference between Home Health and Home Care?
    Home Health typically involves medical services provided by licensed healthcare professional, like nurses or therapists, in the comfort of a person's home. Home Care, on the other hand, focuses more on non-medical assistance with daily activities, such as bathing, grooming, meal preparations, and companionship, provided by caregivers or certified nursing assistants.
  • What are the options we have to pay for services?
    We accept all major credit cards, debit card and ACH payment.
  • How are your staff members screened?
    Our staff undergoes a through screening process, which includes state and federal background checks with fingerprinting, a 5-year DMV records check, interviews, reference checks and verification of licenses or certifications.
  • Is home care only for seniors?
    Home care isn't exclusively for seniors. While it's commonly associated with elder care, home care services can also support individuals of any age who require assistance due to illness, injury, disability, or other circumstances. This could include adults with disabilities, individuals recovering from surgery, or people with chronic illnesses.
  • Is your company licensed and insured?
    Yes, we have insurance coverage for workers compensation, general & professional liability, sexual abuse, non-owned auto, crime (including third-party theft and property coverage).
  • What are your hours of operation?
    Our office hours are Monday to Friday from 9:00am to 5:30pm. Saturdays and Sundays are by appointment only. However, our care services are available 24/7/365.
  • Do you require a minimum of hours and days per week to provide services?
    Yes,we have a 6 hour per week minimum (2 days, 3 hours each day).
